Right down to business..
Im looking at buying a Impreza [early shape]prob RA
What are the down falls weakness's of the cars [gearbox,botom ends,turbo etc etc]
what are the first things to do when looking after and tuning them [i.e. services and best mods £- bhp ]
Also when buying what are the calling cards of weakness's [i.e. high bite on nakerd clutches etc]

Now down the the interesting bits
The car will be converted to rear wheel drive for drifting [sorry if this offends people]
how do I go about this? So far all Ive been told is remove front prop shaft and weld the front diff. Which sounds to easy and theres bound to be small bits that no one mentions.
Also how do I go about increasing lock is it a case of getting a machinist[sp] to custom make me some tie rods and ends or are there products on the market?
