Will a new age aftermarket (HKS) exhaust manifold fit a classic (V6) sti?

Yes it will fit.
Heat wrap would be preferable.
You will noticably loose spool. Typically on a warm turbo the spool point will move up, 200-400 rpm.

Thanks Harvey.

I'm looking for tubular headers to help spool my newly acquired td06 49 (which is going on my 2.2 v6 wagon).

I know HKS headers are quality and I might try and source them from the US, where they are 800 dollars as opposed to 900 quid here, but they only sell them for newage cars there.

Would ported standard headers do the trick or is it worth pursuing the HKS route?
