Just been wiring a gauge in and whilst doing it i disconnected a few plugs under the dash to find the relevant live,s to get a feed off. no probs with the gauge working. I also cleaned the boost control under the hood at the same time and whilst doing this i had to take the airbox off which required me to disconnect the wire,s which attach to this, when i restarted the car i had forgot to reconnect the airbox wire and then did this whilst the car was running. the car sounded ok after everything was reconnected and running but i then noticed the CEL light is on permanently so i think i need to reset the ecu? how do i go about this or is it a dealer job only? The car is a MY01 bugeye WRX

 

its gone out now after a run so it must of reset it self
