Simple answer is no they wont fit, you will need different alloys and then only certain types can accommodate these calipers, 17's are the smallest you need to fit these behind (330mm front discs)

You can get them behind 17's but you will need quite a small offset to clear the Calipers. But this depends on the wheel face and depth of spokes.
they don't even fit behind P1 18 inch Alloys, so defo won't fit behind P1 17 inch alloys.

You will also need to get the PCD for the disks re-drilled or use replacment disks. In 2005 Subaru changed the PCD from 5 x 100 to 5 x 115.

sti v7/8 yes will fit. But not STi9 and as said depends on your wheels. I'm using 17inch P1 rota replicas. perfect.

depends what your calling sti9??? Subaru would say its a 2003/53 model!!!

in terms of the hubs/struts a bolt-on fit if from an earlier STi (< 2005)

only difference is that in 2005 the STi changed to a different PCD for the wheels/discs which can be changed or re-drilled to suit the earlier cars / easier just to get the right ones.................

as for wheels, offset has nothing to do with fitmenst - its spoke design/ clearance that matters
