Default Exhaust Mods

Hi everyone

Just bought a Prodrive sports cat downpipe and decat centre section for my blobeye wrx.

Question is i've now got hold of a h+s uppipe and was wondering if anyone has fitted one and is it a big job, ie does the turbo need to be removed and will there be any performance gain to justify fitting it ?

Cheers Carl

Ignore that unhelpful ****.

Yes it is a big job and you have to remove the turbo. I had mine done about a week ago by a reputable garage (a full decat exhaust replacement) and it was a 3.5 hour job, (plus you need the car remapped if you've removed the cat(s).

You'll also get some good bhp and torque gains.

I was able to fit a Megan manifold without removing the Turbo, but the engine had to come off the engine mounts as its a complete system not a separate up-pipe
