Default knackered lambda

My subaru recently broke down,

when it finally started, the car now rev's itself constantly from 1000rpm - 2000rpm,

ive cleaned the idle control valve, MAF sensor ( 300zx ) and even boost solenoid,

looking on my apexi im getting a reading of 0.00v from the 02 sensor, when i unplug the lambda the car still revs itself, and after plugging it back in i get a reading 0f 0.10v which then drops back to 0.00v

does this sound like a faulty lambda?
just wanted to check before the went out and bought one

any help would be great

thanks
dale

I had a similar problem on my03 wrx and it was the idle air control valve that was faulty-changed under warrany

lamda sensors when working tend to switch between a low +/- voltage signal
not sure how your apexi would display this-you need somebody with the same unit do a comparison with yours
