The STi TMIC is one of Subaru's better design features !! I've got a Bugeye MY02 WRX and when it was running the STi TMIC I was well pleased
As the pressure drop and cooling is better then a re-map would give reasonable returns

Was planning to upgrade mine to FMIC (from standard sti TM)
Would help temps no doubt but all respected mappers I spoke to said my oem one was good for 400 bhp and I dont plan to take the car any further than it is now so that will do for me.
