knocking noise 05 sti

can anyone help? my05 sti ppp has developed a knocking noise coming from the suspension on the rear passenger side.You can only hear it at very low speeds and its even louder when someone is sitting in back.

Probably a rear shock absorber, very common...do a search.

could be shocks had same noise on mine but was a snapped rear droplink you'l be able to see if its failed.

Rear strut

Very common to have to replace the rear strut and sometimes the top mount. Sometimes you will replace one side and soon after have to replace the other.
