Default fitting a flamer kit

Please, before i start, I don't need anybody making sarcastic remarks!

I've bought a module from Ebay, so going to ger the rest from my local scrap yard (coil, HT lead and plug). Question is, where have people mounted all of the gubbins? Has anybody mounted it in the rear quarter where the arial motor is?

Another question - do I have to get a nut welded on to the exhaust, or can I just drill a hole slightly smaller than the thread on the plug and scren it i to fit tightly????

Thanks!!!

Smaller hole and plug straight into it worked for me. Also my electronics are in the spare wheel well, mounted on a piece of MDF.

Cheers Bruce!

Has anybody mounted the circuit and coil in the rear quarter panel before?

Will I have to drill a hole through the wheel well for the HT lead, or is there a hole there already????
