Power difference STI

What is the difference in power for 03 model standard spec and STI and if any how is the power gained

Okay as I understand it

std 03 has around 225 bhp

STI around 265 bhp due to forged pistons, different ECU and higher spec turbo

Is this right? if not please help guys

and cams, no cat in the up pipe either. The forged pistons arent all theyre cracked up to be either....
