help removing back box

Default help removing back box

trying to get the original back box off (2001 WRX) to put on a prodrive one but the bolts are rusted solid. tried soaking in oil but not working and have pretty much rounded off the heads. any advice?

either take it to a garage and get them to flame cut them off and supply newones or goto halfrauds or a tidy motor factor and get either a nut splitter or rounded nut remover, like a socket with a sharp clockwise spiral thread that cuts into and grips the rounded nut.
