What would be a realistic power hike for a WRX 2.0 I would like around 320/340 can this be achieved reliably and what approx cost

Thanks

Hi,

Yes, I've done exactly that with my Turbo 2000

https://www.scoobynet.com/api-and-br....html?t=527345

IMHO You'll need.

Ported and wrapped OEM headers
Decat uppipe
Sports Cat/decat DP (preferably wrapped)
Decat centre section
Aftermarket backbox
Samco turbo kit hoses
Uprated Panel filter. I'd for an Sti intercooler too.
VF28/3034/35 Turbo
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
3 port boost solenoid
Ecutek Remap.
I'd also uprate your spark plugs to NGK 7s.

Should see you at around 320bhp, depending on fuel used. Any more than this and things start to get pricey and the returns start to diminish. Be aware that gearbox longevity can be an issue at these power levels (depending on what turbo you go for, how the car is mapped and how you drive it) and that if you've not already got an uprated clutch, budget for one, as you'll need it before long!!!! Clutch change is a big job- youre looking at circa £500 for a decent clutch and labour to fit!

You should consider uprating your brakes too!!

Costs very much depend on whether you go for 2nd hand or new and where you buy your bits from.

Have a word with David from APi- tell him NS04 says hi!
