OBD-II Cable help

I have a STi Type UK 2006 2.5

Will this product enable me to connect to a laptop to read engine data?

I would recommend Deltadash from EcuTek.... and i may know a second hand version going so you don't have to pay over £200 for it.

really I am just after the lead to connect OBD2 to usb so that I can read using deltadash on a pc or wp select monitor on pda.
