Ive been told all sorts, 380cc, 440cc and 444cc. Ive been told you can get over 300bhp from the std injectors. Totally confused to be honest

why dont you buy an adjustable fuel presure regulator ?? that way when your car is mapped you can raise the fuel pressure and there by get more from your injectors !!! that extra 10cc is gonna make all the difference

All 380's AFAIK. Classic STi's later on had 440's but the early ones ran 380's. Don't take that as gospel though. My 98 WRX wagon with a standard output of 250bhp is on grey 380's. Soon to be rectified with a set of yellow 440's this week though.

Ive got an adjustable FPR but to get 300bhp without a stupidly high pulse width I need to run near 5 bar of fuel pressure
