hi ive just bought a impreza 1993 import and the speed is restricted to 110mph and of course i want to get rid of this as soon as possible. ive been searching around for couple of days and cant find a fairly priced garage to do this for me in the london area. ive found a few in the midlands area that can derestrict the car for me pretty cheap but having a bit of trouble finding a garage around london and dont really wanna travel miles to have it done. ive managed to find somewhere that will sel me the kit to do it for £65 (is this good?). the cheapest ive found in london is £195 and seeing as i can get the kit for £65 seems a bit of a rip off.

theres alot of other things i will be getting done to the car pretty soon so if anyone knows a good garage to go to in london or just outside like middlesex kent or south essex then please message me back.

Heres a suggestion check out an ESL daughterboard, i've just got one as a group buy ( GB ) & not only was it cheaper ( £175 ) than your local option but you also get improved boost, smoother running better gas milage & derestriced all at the same time !

he's based in Cambridge, afraid I dont know Englands layout too well but believe thats fairly close ? chip can be posted out & DIY'ed which is what I did.
