Default idle air control solenoid

help!!!my scooby has got a bit of a starting problem, when i turn the key the car needs to wind over for bout 5secs or so before it fires, but if i give it any throttle it floods the engine.when it does start there is a bit of blue smoke that comes out the exhaust. cud this be anything to do with the idle air control solenoid,as it came up on diagnostic check.tried the obvious- cam-shaft sensor, ign module, ign coil.

Any blue smoke isn't good mate as it means theres oil being burned and you really don't want that to be happening. Probably means theres something worn somewhere. On my last engine the first sign it was going was a little bit of blue smoke coming out on startup. Get it looked at as soon as possible bud.
