i have a 94 wrx with a blitz nurspec r cat back system open neck downpipe blitz sus induction hks ssqv what else coulfd i do to make t a bit quicker without gettin a new ecu

Lightened flywheel? Less rotational than standard so will rev quicker IIRC.
