Default intermittant lean running problem?

Guys,

I had a problem with my car in that it was very hesistant and jerky, and occasionaly spluttered and seemed to suffer misfiring. coilpacks and plugs were all fine, turned out to be a crack in the headers and the up pipe (disguised by heat wrap) Anyway fitted some gen gt spec II headers and the car is a lot better but still not 100%

Basically now seem to have an intermittant lean running prob, ie on some runs the dawes device flickers between yellow/green and the car pulls beautifully. then 5 minutes later it just stays on red and the car feeels choked and is hesistant.

Was booked into Zen performance who did the mapping but cant get down there due to work commitments.

any ideas? pointers?

Engine Spec is :

New EJ20 block by API
2005 WRX pistons
pipercross induction kit
gen GT spec II headers
HKS SSQ Blow off valve
550 CC Injectors
Hybrid FMIC
Greddy Catch Can
TD05 Turbo
Apexi Power FC
SX FPR
Decat Hayward and scott exhaust

Thanks.
