Can anyone advise on the procedure for the above please. I have done a search, but hasn't returned much.

right, heres a quick description.

remove headlights and grill.
you will see the black lugs/clips holding it on.

remove these.

Then, underneath, there are 2 metal bolts holding it on, remove these.

you also need to remove the black plastic clips of the wheel liner where the bumper meets th front arch.

remove fogs and unclip wiring for indicators etc.

think thats it
