right folks heres my problem all scoobies i know of run 1.1 boost but for some unknown reason mine is 1.6 and i think it's slowing my scooby down should be faster think the over boost slowin my car down how can i sort this out please help

 

if it was running 1.6 bar I think you would be hitting fuel cut so it would be a heck of a lot slower (you would also know)
I would check all of your boost pipework to check for leaks etc and also maybe check a different boost gauge if possible.

 

yeah ill give it a go see my scoob has problems hitting 125mph and my mates hits 148mph with no mods and i have decat right through and they both uk spec and same year just his is running 1.1 and mines 1.6 ill take off the lines see what i can find whats the best way for checking air in the hoses
