What is recomended as the best cylinder heads to fit to a 2.5 short engine, Iv heard people talk of Version3's being the best. What are the differences?

If the car is V5 or V6 then V5/6 STi heads.. V3 won't fit without lots of hassle.. and V5/6 are as good if not better.

If you are buying second hand V5/V6 keep an eye out for cracks between the plug thread and valve seats.
