Default speedo problem

hi everybody just bought my first wrx. i have been wanting one for the last 4 years and now i have one.
there is only one problem with it and that is the speedo reads 10mph slower than the car is doing. the guy i bought it of off tryied to fit white dials but broke the clocks so got second hand ones fitted and now they read wrong!
how do i calibrate the speedo?is this possiable?

It sounds like when he took the needle off to change the dials he put it back in the wrong postion

he had the clock fitted by a subaru dealer!could they have gotton that wrong?
