Theyre little things mate but all add up,.
You gain torque mainly from running more boost.
Those are very good little mods and will make a difference. Speak to Mocom Racing about phenolic spacers and try and get some between your headertank and intake manifold. The manifold takes alot of soak from the ally tank.
Colder air is a big gain for not alot of cash. Temps are what kills scooby performance. All of these little mods may allow you to keep the temps at safe levels and bring the boost up in the middle.
Best of luck
