If you do a search on here you will find some pretty detailed instructions but from memory.
You need to remove the headlights, sidelights and grill and there are between 5-7 bolts along the top of the bumper.
You then need to remove part of the plastic inner wheel lining as there is a bolt in the top corner on each side of the bumper where it meets the wheels.
You will need to remove the number plate and Number plate holder as this also holds the bumper on, there are two bolts which I think are Torx bolts.
As you remove the bumper you will need to unplug the indicators.
All the ducting for the brakes just pulls apart I think.

hope that helps

Make sure you soak the bolts in wd-40 or similar befor you remove them,i snaped a couple as they get quite rusty.

it is easy!!!
although i prefer to leave headlights in and just unbolt the 4 bolts going through the chassis legs that way you just slide it out in one piece much easier than messing about trying to remove it from the bumper bar on the car!!
