Are you talking about the Hot Inazama ?

it is a 1 uf capacitor, that you can get from maplins for 20p, that would have no impact on a cars performance.

I have a Buddy Club racing Spec condenser fitted to my MY99 turbo,it does exactly what it said on the box:maximzes the efficiency of all electrical systems, as a result you will get smoother idling with improve engine response, improved electrical current & better fuel economy.
