Default LOST POWER - HELP !

Hi there, for two days now ive been driving my ( MY94 ) WRX Wagon ( Import ) and have noticed that there seems to be a substantial loss of power, even more so when the Aircon is on ..

I dont know a great deal about the mechanics of these cars but ill give as much information as i can if you guys can give any suggestions..

I thuaght it may be the clutch as its that kind of flatness as you put your foot down and expect to get somewhere and dont ! but the revs dont seem overly bad in 5th gear ( although is a bit revvy in every other gear ). It will pull away 4/5 times in 3rd and will stall in 4th ( just to check clutch ) and i have noticed the Spooling noise from the turbo more lately ( could just be in the mind though.. paranoia )

Do you think it could be the clutch or are there any other things you think it may be ? - it was imported two yrs ago and im not sure when the clutch was last changed.

Cheers

Matt
