my02 sti after being parked or when hot sometimes will only boost to .5bar and then after a few seconds and pumpin the accelerator it will return to normal boost other than this the car runs fine ,it only happens about once a month any ideas??

 

loose hoses?? it sounds like you were running @ safe mode...
