94 Legacy Knocking

Hi, I have a 94 Legacy Estate, 105k. When on full right hand lock there is a knocking sound as you pull away. No sound during general driving. Any thoughts?

Just sounds like a cv joint to me.

Please excuse my ignorance. But a cv joint is what?
