Default Is a subaru Z4 ECU remappable for different fuels ?

i understand the standard ecu of an my95 import is not mappable for different fuels, if i fitted a z4 ecu would this enable me to get it mapped by API for example instead of having to buy a "scoobyECU"?

cheers......

Nope, the Z4 is just another Subaru ECU (that has a good standard map). The ScoobyECU is a piggyback device that can be fitted to the Z4 which can then be mapped as many times as you like - but you would need both.
If you have a look in GroupBuy, they are currently doing a similar piggyback setup (complete with mapping software), that should get you started.
