Std. centre section with a Tek2?

Std. centre section with a Tek2?
I have a T2000, MY99 with decat down-pipe / prodrive backbox, and green panel filter. My centre section is standard OEM (with cat). My question is, can I use an EcuTek2 off the shelf map in this format?

I ran mines for a short while with the centre cat in but the rest was decated without any problems.
No ill effects shown on the AFR gauge or knocklink.
You should be ok with it.
