Default TGV in Type UK ?

Does anyone here know if the 2003-2004 Type UK STi's have the Tumble valves in the intake manifold ??
Any way to tell from looking at the engine bay ??

Thanks

Yes they do.
Look for throttle pot and motor at each end of TGVs:

JDM STis have a TGV body but no valve, spindle or throttle pot & motor. Spec C s have a single piece manifold.

Only in that it allows more room underneath it to fit a bigger diam turbo inlet hose.
The Spec C came with a n OEM hose bigger than the STi item and flows just as well as a Samco (see sticky thread about Shauns work on modding his Spec C).

The match between inlet man. & TGV body is very very poor. Porting them and the TGV bodies should help newage cars doing high bhp.
