TD05 turbo

How do you tell the difference between a standard TD05 16G and a TD05 big 16 G ????
Is it possible to visually determine what is what ???

only by removing the compressor housing and looking at the wheel

OK, I'm curious as I didn't know there was a difference between 16G's. Where are these "big 16G's" usually found?
