Er, topping up is easy. It's the cylindrical tank that's sits against the bulkhead near the turbo.
For bleeding the clutch there is a bleed valve on the slave cylinder mounted on the gearbox. Just follow the clutch fluid pipe down from the tank and you'll come to the slave cylinder. The process for bleeding is identical to bleeding the brakes - attach a pipe, preferably with a one-way valve in it, loosen the bleed valve nut and pump the clutch pedal up and down. Remember to keep the tank topped up with fluid as you do this.
