My scooby wont start, last time it did but only 4 ten seconds.....

Ive done the ECU check and its giving me a 31 throttle position sensor code and a 24 which is the air control valve apparently.... Is this a reason why it wont run anymore.

Ive had an auto-electrician out and he says everything looks okay £50 later and it still wont run... Any ideas guys...

I have a spark and there is fuel..... this is driving me mad..

 

I had exactly the same and it turned out to be the fuel pump. But you say the fuel is getting through, so probably not that
