Default Help needed right away- classic immobolised on halfords

Need help really fast. I went halfords today, parked up, got out me car pressed me alarm button and nothin, it sometimes does this as i think the battery is going but not gone. i desided to open the door and then press the button, thinking nothing of it. The car started beeping so i just walked away and left it open as i was only going in halfords for 2 mins to get air freshener.

When i got back nothing worked, my key fob has no effect, battery aint ded by the way, i even entered my personal number on the keypad thing and still nothing.

After an hour of messing around i had tried everything and nothin worked, the car wont turn over, its proper immobolised,

I need suggestions fast as i had my girlfriend pick me up and bring me home so right now the car is still there

Call on 07970173089 if you can help, thanks dave m

fob is working but for some reason seems to have been blocked, its light illuminates when i press it, entering the code in the keypad had no effect either.

When i was sitting in the car i noticed the in car LED's state, it is flashing every second but remains lit for a second when the motion sensors are activated by my movements in the car

try changing the batt in the fob

will still light up if there is enough juice left in it but might not be enough in it to do the rest

you never know

have you turned the ignition on, then pressed the key fob before turning it over?

if all else fails you need to push the car down the road and then try to start it there might be an antenna somewhere but you just cant see it a lot of arials interfear with the uk turbo alarms theres one outside halfords in burton at the college and that messes the alarms up on uks

Thanks for the suggestions guys, in the end i went down with tools and my instruction manual, lucky i got one.

The car had armed itself and blocked my remote for some reason. I had to read the instructions that told me i could only deactivate the alarm and immobiliser using the keypad and the drivers door open. I tried this then messed for a bit longer then it came to life, i was well relieved.

Like to say cheers to those who gave their suggestions, my next move would of been to disconnect the battery but luckily i got it started and didnt have to leave it locked up on halfords car park over night, that was my worse night mare aided by the fact i am in stoke on trent.

Cheers, Dave m
