Default Knock Link Mounting

Hello all

I got a Knock Link the other day and fitted it, but just want to cheque ive put the sensor in the right place on the block.

This is on a MY01 STI. Ive mounted the sensor on the only spare threaded hole i could find on the block, If you looking at the engine from the front of the car it's at the top right hand rear of the engine, its inline with starter motor, so just under neath the intercooler.

Is this an OK place on the block to have it or should it be mounted some where else.
