Noticed on of the bushes on my Powerflex DL's has started to split. Wouldn't mind but they've only been on 12 mths..!!

Thoughts..?

it should have a s/steel sleeve thro it to stop over-tightening.............yours looks like it is ahrd against the alloy??

The steel bush is inside and as you say this should stop the bush being squashed too much. I fitted these myself and they were torqued to the correct settings. What's strange is the other side DL seems to be ok..?

 

Is that on the rear Anti roll bar. Did you use all the lubricant that came with the bushes? How did you fit them. Did you soften them in boiling water? Did you scar them by using a screw driver to fit them? Did you get the steel inserts the right way round the lower one is smaller i think. Does look squashed to me!
