Is this blob remover any good or is it no different to using some thinners?

with solid colours just apply a touch up then when its completely cured wet flat with a rubber block with p1500 until the blob is flat then polish with farecla g3 none of this including the miracle cure will give a satisfactory repair to metalics ect
