Two things...
#1
...wrong with my my00 turbo, just wondering if they're common problems or not.
First, the bracket inside the engine bay that my alarm is attached to has snapped at the join. This leaves the alarm siren unit lying semi-loose in there, which I'm not keen on. This was actually a fault when I bought the car and the dealer "welded" it back together. Obviously not well enough.
Also by bonnet catch only seems to work one time in ten. If I ever go under there it usually takes 15 minutes to close the thing, looks like the catch isn't catching properly.
It's going for a service in a few weeks so I'll get the faults sorted hopefully (still under warranty), but are these things usual?
