Default Painting Inlet Manifold - 2k paint?

I was going to paint my new inlet manifold (For MY98 WRX) using the crackle paint but was wondering about using 2k paint.

Any thoughts?

I will be using spacers (from Carl Davey) so heat will be down, hopefully.

Powder coat or slap on some hammerite type paint, it will last longer..

2K paint is for bodywork.
