before my wrx goes in for its remap would i benfit MUCH from having some better injectors and a better fuel pump?
current list is:
aps cold airfilter
perrin lightweight pulley
ngk 7's
scoobysport decat downpipe
harveys decat uppipe.

 

Fitting a uprated fuel pump instead of the standard item IS A MUST as the OE pump is running out of puff once modifications start. The cost of a new pump compared to a engine rebuild is peanuts. with regard to the injectors the main improvement will be the reduction in duty cycle. Duty cycle is the % of time the injector is open to get the required amount of fuel into the cylinder. Hope this might help steve
