Default HKS Coilovers

fitted these today well me mate did hehe....urrrmm i gotta ask, are these supposed to be so stiff?
I know there ment to make a difference but OMG i can feel it if i run over an ant

has anyone else got a set? is this normal as tbh its a nightmare!

That's normal for HKS, and a lot of other Jap suspension.

Good on track, and smooth roads, rubbish on anything else, unless you're a masochist.

hate to pour a bucket of water on u :P but HKS sucks . Its clunks and need rebuild every yr it ride horrible on daily road that why i sold it off & got a sti spec c suspension.

I had HKS rears on mine (car came like that) and the only time i had a nice ride was when i was stopped at the lights .

In the end there just seized and made horrific noises so got hold of some proper standard shocks and the car now drives spot on and the handling is perfect for this UK roads .
