Save for another few months and turn it into a monster...

You have a choice of two flavours...

or

swap the turbo for a TD05 16g, decat the exhaust, fit larger injectors, decent filter and remap.....should see at least low 300s all for less than 2k

Turbo ~300 (2nd hand)
Exhuast ~500 or much less (2nd hand)
injectors ~200 (2nd hand nearly new)
Filter ~40 (new)
Remap ~6-700ish (any good mapper)

as Neilo says, however maybe go for new injectors for maybe a few hundred quid more, and maybe a front mount intercooler as well, for both looks and performance and maybe some harvey ported headers, should give you a few tankfuls of optimax from the change from 3k and see you over 300bhp
