Default Fitting New Injectors (Pain or not)

As the title says, i'm doing some extensive work to a mates MY01 Bugeye shortly.
VF35 Turbo
Fuel Pump
Headers
Intercooler
STI Injectors
Are the injectors relatively easy to do, ie, nothing special is required to remove them.

The rest of the work is fine but i just wanted some advice on the injectors.

Zippy the injectors are a bit fiddly to get at but in reality are quite straight forward in the end I think the worst bit is removing the metal shields in front of them

steps are

passenger side foot well left hand side unplug the fuel pump ( its green and white on mine)

run car untill it runs out of petrol
turn over engine a bit more
remove green covers - harder than it sounds
remove all 3 of the bolts that hold in the fuel rails 2 in front one on the side
slowly pull up the fuel rail

****now when you add the new injectors make sure you oil the o rings top and bottom*****

i have been told its fine to throw away the green covers but its your call, they are not easy to put back

and have a look here

hhmmm, wasnt like that on my car.

disconnect fuel line from rail to relieve pressure
try to get cap covers off with a meaty phillips blade
fail and grind out the thread on at least three of the eight bolts
remove remaining 5 bolts with mole grips
drill out 3 bolts above
moleys on injectors, wiggle like ****
spray wd40 have a cuppa
back on with the moleys, still no joy but keep going at them
sense of relief when 1 injector comes out, fals hope that the rest will do the same
struggle like boogery but get all 4 out
grease o rings
fit new injectors
stick the caps back on, CHANGE THE BOLTS FOR HEX HEAD VARIETY
screw them down and hope your new injectors are flowing evenly etc

Ah, but Peanuts was talking about one of those obsolete classic Imprezas and their rusted on injector pipework.
Apart from the green brackets (of death), the work is quite straight forward on a newage car.
The green brackets can be left off, but substitute fittings for the coolant header tank plus the PS pipework has to be thought of, plus a new rocker vent pipe on the passenger side.
