hi every one im new with subaru but not with turbos but this has got me stumped i connect the 2 black connecters under dash turn ing on but no flash not a thing its a my99 2000 turbo could it be a simple bulb gone as when green ones are connected aswell you here the clicking and fans coming on so that works i will be greatfull 4 any help cheers

 

allfixed had no bulb cheeky sod who sold me car now i get code 22 and 45 bummer
