Default Central Locking Not working - Diagnostics

Hi,

My central locking has packed up (MY94) - Only the drivers opens with the alarm key-fob. Also using the key on both doors does not operate the central locking.

Can someone tell me which fuse I need to look at and what rating it should be.

I've had a look at the central locking door timer in the front passenger compartment. The connector looks ok - no sign of water. I've not had a look inside the box - Can this be taken apart?

Anything else I should check?

Thanks

Hi. Have a look in the engine bay fuse box. It will be one of the green 30 amp fuses. Have a close look as they can look ok but still be duff. One way to check would be to swap them. I hope this helps.
Cheers. Mark.

Fuses were not blown but the control unit had some water in it. I've replaced this with one from the breakers - central locking works now - but I can hear the relays clicking while in the car (when travelling) - any ideas

Cheers

Having replaced the Central locking control unit (Door Timer) yesterday with it working.

Today the unit started clicking and now is not working.

Any ideas??? - Should I try and get another Control Unit ?
