Hello

I will be getting an APEXI FC thru AndyF, and I want to check that the MAF is working okay, its the £280 pound replacement one.

How can I check its working okay, its sits steady at 800-850rpm but occasionally when the clutch pedal is pressed down it will go up and down by about 300rpm.

I need to replace the clutch as its slipping and I didnt know if this was causing the rpm to go up and down.

unplugging the maf while engine running should stall it with a healty maf, if the engine keeps on running the ecu have learned to cope with the missing or wrong input from maf
