have a 95 wrx running a bar of boost,is there a cheap/effective way of upgrading the intercooler or a newer one which is more efficient and will bolt straight on ? maybe an STI one of the same year ? any ideas please cheers mark

 

How much are you willing to spend? I am just about to change to a front mount intercooler. I will be wanting to sell my AvoTurbo top mount for £250ish which will be a straight swap for yours. It is a hefty bar and plate item and can help achieve big power. I am running 1.25bar and the intercooler stays really cool after sustained thrashing. Pics:




It is still in the same condition as the pics....no bent fins and comes with everything needed to fit it.
