Dump Valve for WR1
Hi,
Looking to fit a dump valve to my Wr1, anybody have any recommendations and are there any gotchas's I need to think about.
Dealer has quoted £300 to supply and fot which seems a little steep to me.
Any advice / help appreciated.
Cheers

Know what you mean, I kinda like em though. If poss I'd try and get one which could be adjusted so it only barks when I'm caning it rather than just pottering round.
Saying that though I cane it everywhere so there goes that idea....

you do get kinda addicted to the kattiiiish from these especially when caning it - i know i did. turbosmart one can be adjusted but honestly, decat the centre exhaust is a far better bang per buck.

With your last comment in mind it would be worth considering a dual port dump valve. This re-circulates at low boost and dumps to atmosphere when having fun. The other good point is if the boys in blue are watching by keeping the boost down it's quiet so you don't get stung. Got a dual port on my bugeye NICE!!
