Is there an easy way to identify a PPP ECU from a 1998 car?

Is there a specific part number for these, or do they have the standard part numbers on them?

The 98MY PPP ECU has a pink STi label with the part number 1001056010 on it.

BTW, what is the fuel cut limit of the MY98 PPP ECU? I haven't found it....
